Great Ways to Enjoy Indoor Paintball

Adan Rivers asked:

When paintball is being brought to discussion, most people would think of woods, trees, bridges, mud, rain, in short the outdoors. Paintball can indeed be fun when playing in the outdoors, hiding in the trees, bushes, and becoming dirty. However, indoor paintball field game is as fun as its opposite number. There are really plenty of paintball locations found within firms or certain centers. Why should you play paintball indoors?

Perhaps the question is why not? Playing the game inside can actually be fun. Most places offering such places are essentially creative in making unique rooms to add to the fun. There are rooms made to be actually dark and others; there are options to make a choice between unlike in the outdoors. What are the advantages of Indoor Paintball?

You don’t have to worry about mosquitoes in the summer as well. Neither do you think about feeling cold in the wintertime. You can play paintball in any season inside. Indoor paintball stations have different surroundings intended for high power games. 2. Smoke machines and other distractions are specially created for indoor paintball fields. This makes the surroundings more unique, adding to the fun and excitement. 3. Some indoor paintball are open late especially for people who are too busy at work in the mornings. Centers open late are profitable for office workers who want to blow off some time after work and have fun with associates or even with their family. This is actually one reason why indoor paintballs are gaining popularity.
What’s the rule of the game?

The rules don’t really differ with paintball played outdoors. It is played between groups but can also be played individually if that’s how the players need it. The object of the game, as you would have already known is to shoot all the members of the away team. A game can last mins to hours depending on the skills of the players.

Sportsmanship is emphasised in this game. Sore losers won’t have fun but people that love the challenge will do.

Sniper Paintball Gun

Debra Atkins asked:

Out of all the position in the sport of paint ball games, one of the interesting and demanding is the position of the paintball sniper. The use of speed, agility and stealth to hide, track and shoot from a long range gives the position of the sniper very interesting aspects. With patience and practice, along with using the proper equipment, you will become a trained sniper. Sneaking around, hiding and then ambushing your opponent can lead to a whole lot of fun. Learning to use the proper equipment and your surroundings can be a little bit more difficult then you might first think it would be.

The most important piece of equipment in the sniper scenario is the paintball sniper gun. The barrel is longer in length. When Tippman Paintball Gun introduced the .68 Caliber 22 Inch Super Barrel, the sniper role just got a little more enjoyable. This sniper barrel is designed for the quite stealth that is needed for the role. The holes in the end of the barrel helps to keep the opponent from hearing you or your gun. Also important is the weight of the gun. If you are to be stationary and hold the gun in the same position for and extended amount of time, the weight is a big issue. You do not need to be shifting the gun around, moving to give away your position. Also if you are running, the weight of the gun will be an issue also.

It is a good idea to know your playing field. If it is the first time at the field, try to get there early and walk through the area. This knowledge will help to determine the paintball accessories you may need such a clothes, gear or any other paintball supplies you may need. You will want to blend in with the surrounding so the choice of clothing is important. If you will be stationary or moving around quite a bit may determine if you will need knee pads, elbow pads or such items. Make certain with the opposing team about the rules. It makes for a better game if both teams know the rules and there is no conflict later. For example, are both teams to use certain equipment like the paintball grenades or the land mines. Keeping the equimpent on both sides even makes for a better game.

Also, in the role of the sniper you will be seen or caught. Use each time to evaluate the hows and why you was caught. What could you have done to prevent this? Would simple things like a different color outfit for that terrain have helped? Was it some small movement of your body that caught the attention of the other team? Was a part of your body exposed? Would simple things like the knee or elbow pads have made you more comfortable and therefore not moved to have been caught? Would a vest that holds more supplies and accessories have helped?  Not many people are what is called natural born snipers so take a few minutes to determine why you was caught and what can be done to prevent it next time.  It takes the trail and error to become a skilled sniper, so have fun, learn as you go and enjoy the game.
